You need to change yourdaily. This works out to seven (7) times a week. If your feet sweat a lot or you are doing strenuous things where your feet play a large role (exercising, hiking, dancing), you’ll want to change them more frequently than that. If you don’t sweat much, you may be able to get away with changing your socks less frequently. If you plan on wearing a pair of socks you wore earlier in the week (like on laundry day), do a visual inspection of your socks to make sure there are no holes, stains or rips and do a sniff test. If your socks are really funky, you might just want to skip wearing them altogether.
